Our Part Design Support for 3D Printing can design your part from concept or take your designs and convert them into the files needed for 3D printing.  We will also optimize your design for silicone casting.

We can take a custom or scanned shape and turn it into a file for 3D printing.  This includes merging it with any Computer Aided Design Object of your choice in order to build your hybrid object.   We can build it using conventional 3D printing materials or make silicone molds and urethane molds

We can make files and parts from unique scanned images that include body parts like ears, fingers, facial features, even full head scans.  We can also scan your unique part, optimize your design for silicone casting and make 3D printed or silicone cast replicas.

If you have parts that you want to reverse engineer we can scan and measure them, make a 3D file from the scan and then print out the replicated part.
